I've had a play with all of the apps, but the opportunity to use in cafes doesn't occur too frequently near the office ;)

This is not the first time that 1st Choice have been with FlyBuys. When Flybuys first come out they were a partner but in Oct 2008 0r Oct 2009 1st choice choose not to be part of FlyBuys anymore. They have now decided to join again as I feel going by the 2 1stchoice stores we go to it seems customers stopped going there once they dropped the flybuys

Heya Will,

Thanks for the comment.

Interesting that you are not receiving the $25 vouchers for your birthday, as I believe they still exist (Won't find out for sure until my birthday later in the year).

Have you tried logging on through the Wallace Bishop website and checking that your birthday is saved on your profile? Members can sign in through here: http://bit.ly/pVqWV9

If you haven't registered online before then you will need to update some information by clicking "Register For Member Online" on the right-hand side and then you will be given an online password to use with your membership number.

If that doesn't help let me know and I'll follow up with some more information from Wallace Bishop themselves.

Cheers,
Graham

This loyalty programme was great until about 18 months ago. They would have wine & cheese tasting nights, for cardholders only. They also offered you a $25 voucher on your birthday to spend in store. They no longer have either. They now offer you a number of vouchers through the year, but in the fine print these apply only after you spend $75 or $100 in store!

Couldn't agree more.

The $5 denomination sends all the wrong messages. Customers are hardly likely to look at it as a windfall, and the management of low-value cards, for both Woolies (sending out low value cards must be costly) and customers (a hassle to use) seems clunky.

Restricting it to grocery purchases makes it a much more boring reward than opening it up to the places you can use the WISH card. I get Fly Buys gift cards regularly and I can use them at places other than Coles.
